8/2006: Christian Camping International-Mexico board meeting in Puebla. David Caldwell was elected last November for a multiple year term serving as a member of the board.

The board gathered in Puebla for the weekend coming from as far away as 18 hours. The team worked till 3:30 a.m. preparing for the November conference.
Food is an important part of the culture.
The above photo shows a very special dish developed by a monk especially for an historical emperor of Mexico. The tradition carries on and is prepared in the month of August when the ingredients are available. It's a fruit filled pepper covered with nut sauce and decorated with pomegranate. Food is also a very important part of camp experience. It's more then just hotdogs and hamburgers.
